These terms govern your use of the KaamBook website and web application, a product of Brenvix System Private Limited. By creating an account or using KaamBook, you agree to these terms.

Using KaamBook

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and use KaamBook only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the information you enter into the service.

Your business data

You retain responsibility for customer, job and payment information you add to KaamBook. You confirm that you have the right to collect and use that information and will handle it in accordance with applicable law. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display the information solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, upload malicious content, use the service for illegal activity or attempt to access another business owner’s records.

Service availability

KaamBook is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed or removed, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable.

Accounts and termination

You may stop using KaamBook at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, the service is abused or action is reasonably required to protect users, data or infrastructure.

Intellectual property

KaamBook branding, software, website content and related materials belong to Brenvix System Private Limited or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Disclaimers and liability

KaamBook is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for business decisions, customer relationships, invoices, payment records and compliance obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
