KaamBook is a product of Brenvix System Private Limited. This policy explains how information is collected, used and protected when you visit kaambook.in or use the KaamBook web application.

- Business information such as your business name, service type and address.
- Information you choose to add about your customers, jobs, costs and payments.
- Operational information needed to keep the service secure and reliable, such as request logs, timestamps and basic device or browser information.

- To create and operate your KaamBook account.
- To provide customer, job and payment management features.
- To verify email addresses and provide password recovery.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and improve the service.

Business data and account separation
KaamBook is designed for independent business owners. Records created by a user are associated with that user’s business workspace and are not made available to other business owners through the application.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal or business data. Information may be processed by infrastructure and email service providers only as needed to operate KaamBook. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Data retention and security
